Karen Diaz

Karen knew she wanted to work with eating disorders after watching her best friend in high school go through recovery from anorexia. She has specialized in pediatrics as well as adult nutrition so she can work with people at all stages of life who want to have a healthy relationship with food. She finished her training with a one year internship in NYC and began working with eating disorders at the Renfrew Center in New Jersey. Due to her passion for eating disorder recovery, she specialized in pediatrics to also help families raise healthy intuitive eaters because prevention is equally important. She is currently on the eating disorder team at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital in St Petersburg Florida in addition to her private practice.
