About Me

Kate Langbehn's interest in nutrition began during her undergraduate studies at Miami University, where she discovered the profound impact of diet on health and performance. This passion deepened as she pursued her Master’s in Public Health Nutrition at Case Western Reserve University, coupled with a coordinated dietetic internship. With over 24 years of experience, Kate has developed a comprehensive approach to nutrition that focuses on the unique needs of each individual.

Her training in medical nutrition therapy, obesity interventions, and integrative and functional nutrition allows her to assess complex health concerns and create targeted, effective treatment plans. Outside of her professional life, Kate enjoys running and weightlifting, finding joy and balance in physical activity. She is married and has a teenage daughter, and she cherishes the time spent with family and friends, which fuels her belief in the importance of a supportive community in achieving health and wellness goals. Kate's commitment to lifelong learning ensures she stays current in the ever-evolving field of nutrition, allowing her to provide the best possible care for those she serves.
