Hi there! I’m Katelyn Nicholson, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics. My passion for nutrition stems from a deep desire to help others understand how food can serve as medicine. I believe that nourishing the body with the right foods can prevent chronic diseases and enhance overall well-being, especially for women navigating the changes of peri and post-menopause.

I love working with clients who are experiencing gut health concerns, thyroid or adrenal issues, and inflammatory conditions. Many of the women I support come to me feeling overwhelmed and unsure about their food choices. Together, we focus on building a strong foundation of knowledge, so you can feel empowered to make decisions that benefit your health.

My approach to care is holistic, direct, and collaborative. In our early sessions, we’ll dive into your unique health story and what you hope to achieve. This helps us identify realistic habits that fit your lifestyle while addressing the root causes of your concerns. Over time, you can expect to gain clarity and confidence in your relationship with food, leading to long-lasting changes and a healthier, more vibrant life.

Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking with whole foods, and baking healthy treats. I’m always eager to expand my knowledge through research, ensuring that I provide you with the best and most up-to-date information on your journey to wellness.
