About Me

Kathryn's interest in nutrition started after high school when she was battling with her own chronic gut conditions. She often felt unseen and unheard by her providers, which led her to want to pursue becoming a registered dietitian to give people the care that she wanted and needed. She's always been passionate about health and wellness, specifically integrative and functional care.

She attended Western Michigan University, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. Then, she completed her clinical internship, training in evidence-based nutrition counseling for gut health and overall nutrition communications. Shortly after becoming a dietitian, she started virtual nutrition counseling, where she became passionate about telehealth and providing services to a variety of patients. Through her experience in nutrition counseling, she's become specialized in patients with autoimmune and chronic gut conditions, including Celiac Disease, IBS, SIBO, and more. However, she enjoys working with patients with various backgrounds.

Her counseling approach is inclusive, where your feelings matter. If you're looking for a practitioner who cares about you and your needs, you're in the right place. Kathryn would love to be a member of your care team who listens to your needs and advocates for your health.
