About

Kay has been a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist since 2016. Her specialties are Diabetes (type 2 & gestational), Women’s Health including PCOS & menopause, Cardiovascular disease prevention, Kidney Disease, Healthy aging, Weight Management, and Sports/Fitness Nutrition. Kay is skilled in the nutritional requirements for men and women who want to increase performance in aerobic, anaerobic, functional, aesthetic, weight loss, recovery, and longevity. Kay is dedicated to help people live healthier, happier, and more energetic lives through whole food nutrition, exercise, supplementation, and healthy lifestyle guidance.

Kay understands the importance of listening carefully to each client's goals. She will help you navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what enduring changes are necessary for you. Kay believes food changes everything! As you make small, yet realistic/sustainable changes to the foods you choose, your body changes, and your health and happiness improves. Kay believes changes in nutrition can lead to clear thinking, energy, and excitement every day.

During our first session together, we will review your current nutritional and medical concerns. We will review any current medications or supplementation used, physical activity, and a typical day of meals/snacks. We will discuss your goals. I will guide you to create a plan that is obtainable! By the end of your first session, you will have some realistic, actionable steps to start making progress toward your nutrition goals.
