About

Hi, I’m Kayla Trevino, a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s degree in nutrition and a passion for helping others transform their relationship with food. My passion for nutrition started after learning how important what we eat is to our health. Growing up, I was very picky and did not eat in a way that would keep body strong. After taking my first nutrition class in college, I realized my calling was to help people and their families figure out how they can eat better and feel better.

I have experience in pediatric gastrointestinal and endocrinology clinics, I am certified as a diabetes care and education specialist, and have many years of experience working in a primary care clinic seeing a variety of people with a variety of conditions. While I may specialize in digestive disorders, blood sugar regulation, and working with children, people are more than one condition. I am here to help others navigate the complexities of nutrition in a way that feels approachable and achievable. Whatever your goal is, I will provide practical, evidence-based strategies that fit each individual’s lifestyle.

My approach is collaborative and holistic. In our initial sessions, we’ll discuss your unique challenges and goals. Together, we’ll explore what healthy eating looks like for you and your family. I believe that making small, sustainable changes leads to lasting results, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.

As clients progress through our journey together, they can expect to gain confidence in making food choices, enjoy a greater sense of well-being, and experience improvements in their overall health. I’m committed to helping you celebrate each milestone, no matter how small, as we work toward your goals.

When I’m not in the office, you can find me hiking, geocaching, or spending quality time at the park with my daughter and our two cats. I’m excited to partner with you on your path to better health!
