Driven by a deep-seated passion for helping others, Kelsey welcomes individuals from all walks of life who seek to navigate their struggles with disordered eating and reclaim peace with their bodies and food. She firmly believes that nutrition interventions should not be approached as quick fixes but rather as tools for long-term health and wellness, adaptable to life's inevitable changes without compromising one's relationship with food.
Kelsey's academic journey includes graduating magna cum laude from West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. She further enriched her education through a rigorous dietetic internship program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) at La Salle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, completing 1,200 hours of supervised practice.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Kelsey finds solace in the pages of mystery and historical fiction novels, cherishing moments spent with her loyal companion, Monkey, her beloved pup. She relishes the opportunity to reconnect with cherished friends during weekend getaways, cherishing these moments of connection and rejuvenation.
With her unwavering dedication and compassionate approach, Kelsey Shriner continues to make a profound impact on the lives of those she serves, empowering them to embark on a journey towards holistic well-being and self-discovery.
