About Me
Kerri Rachelle is a Registered Dietitian and Doctor of Integrative and Functional Medicine who believes deeply in treating the root causes of illness—not just the symptoms. Her passion for nutrition began with a fascination for how food could be used as both medicine and fuel, eventually evolving into a full-time mission to make functional medicine truly accessible, affordable, and grounded in science. With nearly two decades of experience in clinical nutrition, Kerri specializes in gut health, hormone balance, autoimmunity, and metabolic resilience, combining advanced lab testing with personalized protocols to support real, lasting healing.
Kerri’s approach is centered around education, empowerment, and the therapeutic relationship. She invites patients to become active participants in their own healing journey, empowering them with education, insight, and individualized tools to make informed decisions about their health. Kerri listens intently to each patient’s story, creating a space where they feel truly heard, understood, and supported as partners in the healing process. She supports her clients through a systems-based lens that includes nutrition therapy, lifestyle interventions, and targeted supplementation when appropriate. Whether working with chronic digestive disorders, thyroid dysfunction, histamine intolerance, or fatigue syndromes, her protocols are always individualized and practical. Her ultimate mission is to redefine how we deliver care by making functional medicine both clinically rigorous and covered by insurance.
Kerri completed her dietetics training at Virginia Tech, James Madison University and the University of Virginia Medical School. Her functional training is through the Kresser Institute’s ADAPT Functional Medicine Program. She is also a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, cycle studio owner, podcast host, and the founder of REVolution Health—a hybrid clinic and studio space offering integrative care. Outside of work, she enjoys teaching cycling and yoga, spending time with her son Ira and her partner Ben, adventuring with her poodles Bruce Wayne of Gotham and JoolZ.
