About
Kim’s interest in health began at age 16 when she started teaching fitness classes. But it wasn’t until her eldest daughter was born that she realized that her true calling in life was to support those on a journey to their healthiest selves. Kim follows a holistic and personalized approach, guiding her clients to sustainable and life-changing solutions that improve their overall well-being. She is particularly passionate about empowering women through the menopause transition, understanding that there is a lack of support during this time. And her battle with IBS has led to a fascination with digestive and gut health. Kim’s philosophy is simple: Balance, not perfection, is the key to a healthy and happy lifestyle.
Kim graduated Summa Cum Laude from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences /Dietetics and holds a M.S. in Nutrition as well as a Master’s Certificate in Health Coaching from the University of St. Joseph. She earned a certificate of training in adult weight management from the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics and is certified as a Mental Health First Aider by the National Council of Mental Wellbeing.
Outside of work, Kim is a dance and volleyball mom of three daughters and a group fitness instructor. Prior to her professional work in nutrition, Kim spent 10 years in equity operations and investor relations for some of the world’s top investment banks and hedge funds in NY and London. These experiences provide Kim with a better understanding of her client’s challenges, helping her guide them to greater success.
