About Me

While food is fuel, I believe it is far more than that. It’s culture, happiness, family, celebration, and so much more. I want to help clients fuel their bodies while living their lives in a way that feels fulfilling, not restrictive. In a world full of fad diets that overpromise and underdeliver while making your life even more stressful, it can be difficult to listen to what your body needs and figure out what’s right for you. I’m here to help.

My goal is to empower patients to find a way of eating that feels best for them and supports their health in an individualized way. I believe in the philosophy that all foods can fit within a healthy diet. I can help clients find ways to add nutrition and find a balance that works for their unique circumstances and health.

I am passionate about working with clients with a variety of health conditions but have a particular interest in diabetes, prediabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, and hormonal conditions like PCOS.

I completed my master’s degree in nutrition at MSU Denver and completed my dietetic internship at Cleveland Clinic where I now work as a clinical dietitian in addition to working with Berry Street.
