As a Functional Medicine Registered Dietitian with more than 25 years of experience, I help individuals improve their health through personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies. My passion for nutrition began in college during my father’s illness, when I saw firsthand how powerful food and lifestyle changes can be in supporting health. That experience led me to shift my career from business to nutrition, and I have spent my career helping clients create meaningful, lasting improvements in their health. My background includes hospital care, wellness counseling, and eight years specializing in medical and bariatric weight loss.

I specialize in weight management, insulin resistance, GLP-1 medications, metabolic bariatric surgery, and women’s health during perimenopause and post-menopause. I take a functional nutrition approach that looks beyond symptoms to identify and address root causes. My work is grounded in collaboration, active listening, and balance. I take time to understand each client’s unique story, barriers, and goals so we can build a realistic, sustainable plan that fits their life. Rather than focusing on perfection, I help clients make steady, achievable changes that lead to long-term results.

My mission is to empower individuals with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to take control of their health and create lasting change. In a world filled with conflicting nutrition information and all-or-nothing thinking, I strive to simplify the process and help clients feel confident in their choices. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing games, and traveling; staying active through hiking and walking; and continuing my education in functional and integrative nutrition so I can provide the highest level of care to my clients. I feel incredibly fortunate to do work that I love and to be part of each client's journey toward better health and wellness.
