About Me

After spending time serving a wide variety of clients in private practice, Kristin noticed that many of her clients experienced struggles not only with their knowledge of nutrition, but also with their relationship with food. It was this realization that fostered Kristin’s passion for helping others create a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. Kristin is especially interested in mindfulness, intuitive eating, and improving body image. At this time, Kristin is working towards her Certified Eating Disorder Specialist certification in order to better support her clients.

As a mom of two girls, Kristin is acutely aware of the challenges that young people are faced with today related to food and nourishment. It is her goal to help support adolescents and their families in establishing a healthy eating environment within the home.

Kristin holds a BS in Biology from the University of Scranton and a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from West Chester University. She spends most of her time outdoors with her family and their black lab, Gunther. She also enjoys reading and participating in a local book club.
