Lauren's interest in nutrition started when she took an undergraduate course in nutrition. This course sparked a passion to help others improve their lives through their relationship with food. Lauren graduated with her Master of Science from Marshall University and graduated with her Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University.
With over 12 years of experience, Lauren has had the opportunity to help many people work toward and obtain their health goals. Lauren has helped people with chronic kidney disease, end stage renal disease, diabetes, hypertension, PCOS, perimenopause/menopause, and weight management goals.
