Hi, I'm Layla Wall. As a Registered Dietitian with more than 10 years of experience, I've seen firsthand how nutrition can be a powerful force in transforming our lives. My own journey with health issues sparked a passion for understanding how food impacts our well-being, and I'm dedicated to helping others navigate their own health challenges.
I specialize in working with people who are struggling with PCOS, diabetes, menopause, poor energy, weight loss, ADHD, autism, autoimmune, or simply seeking to feel their best. Whether you're managing a chronic condition or just looking for a more balanced approach to eating or to level up their fitness, I'm here to support you. My approach is collaborative, solution-focused, and client-paced – we work together to identify what's working and what's not, and develop a plan that suits your unique needs and goals.
In our early sessions, we'll explore what's your day to day struggles and success with food and lifestyle and what you hope to achieve. We'll work together to uncover patterns, identify triggers, and develop a more user friendly approach to eating. Over time, you can expect to experience lifestyle changes that stick, those "aha" moments when everything clicks into place, and a deeper understanding of what works best for your body. I'm proud to offer culturally sensitive and evidence-based guidance, and I'm committed to helping you find your own path to better health. When I'm not working with clients, you can find me tending to my garden or seeking out the beauty in everyday moments.
