About

Lindsay’s passion for nutrition started in high school, fueled by her love for bold, flavorful foods and a curiosity for exploring new cuisines. She became fascinated by how different foods can help prevent disease, fuel the body, and help us feel our best. After losing her grandfather to complications from diabetes, heart failure, and kidney disease, she realized the powerful role nutrition can play in health and prevention. This experience inspired her to pursue a degree in Dietetics & Nutrition, Fitness, and Health at Purdue University.

Her training in Medical Nutrition Therapy allows her to support clients with a variety of conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, weight management, and overall disease prevention and wellness. Lindsay is especially passionate about helping others develop a healthy relationship with food. In a world where foods are often labeled as “good” or “bad,” she enjoys guiding clients toward food freedom—learning to incorporate nutrient-dense foods while still enjoying the ones they love.

Lindsay believes that everyone deserves compassionate, individualized nutrition care. She practices with an “all foods fit” approach and enjoys helping clients discover their unique path to balance and sustainable wellness.
