Hi, I’m Lindsey Mathes, a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping individuals reclaim their lives from the grip of disordered eating and eating disorders. My own journey through recovery has shown me the profound transformation that can occur when food and body thoughts no longer dominate our lives. I want to guide others toward the freedom of confidently nourishing themselves without the weight of guilt, anxiety, or confusion.
My approach is compassionate, gentle, and highly individualized. In our early sessions, we’ll explore your relationship with food and the underlying beliefs that shape it. Together, we’ll develop realistic and sustainable strategies that meet you where you are and empower you to make lasting changes. As we progress, you can expect to gain confidence, improve your understanding of nutrition, and cultivate a sense of balance and authenticity in your life.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my two dogs, Emma and Sarah, and enjoying the great outdoors and happy hours with friends and family. I believe that connection, compassion, and meeting ourselves where we are on our journeys are essential parts of the healing process, and I strive to bring that spirit into my practice. I look forward to embarking on this journey with you!
