About

I understand that change is hard. Growing up surrounded by diet culture led me to an unhealthy relationship with food and weight struggles. In my late twenties, I reached my heaviest weight and experienced reflux, bloating, and hypothyroidism. This motivated me to return to school.

Through a personality test and a determination to be healthy, I discovered my career as a Dietitian. I thrived for many years. However, in my thirties, hormonal shifts led to endometriosis flares, infertility, and food allergies. Frustration with instructions that only managed symptoms drove my search for answers. I believe food can be used as medicine. By improving gut health and making better food choices, my son and I no longer suffer from eczema, borderline asthma, and stomach pain. I have over ten years as a Dietitian plus five years as a Public Health Nutritionist, specializing in Women’s Health, Weight Management, Renal, Heart Disease, Food Allergies, and Diabetic Management.

Crafting healthy meals and snacks can be straightforward and manageable. I uses the whole-body approach with science backed nutrition information. Through honest, caring conversations, we can collaboratively develop a step-by-step plan to achieve your personal goals. Starting with weekly meetings to build insight and accountability is crucial. I understand the struggle is real, so let me be your source of encouragement, offering realistic and non-judgmental suggestions to spark motivation. Incorporating behavior modification and mental health aspects is vital for establishing and changing habits.

After a session you can expect to feel empowered about your food choice that will result in change.
