About
Lucy Hutchings’ interest in nutrition began with her own health journey, when she experienced firsthand how powerful food and lifestyle changes can be in helping the body feel better. That experience shaped the way she practices today: with compassion, curiosity, and a deep belief that nutrition should feel supportive, realistic, and sustainable.
Lucy is a registered dietitian with over 18 years of experience supporting clients with a wide range of health goals and concerns, including weight management, blood sugar balance, inflammation, gut health, cardiovascular wellness, hormone changes, and overall disease prevention. Her training in Medical Nutrition Therapy allows her to provide evidence-based nutrition care while also taking into account each client’s lifestyle, preferences, stress, sleep, mindset, and daily routines.
Lucy has a special passion for helping women feel more confident and comfortable in their bodies, especially during the busy and often overwhelming seasons of midlife. She enjoys helping clients move away from restrictive dieting and instead learn how to nourish their bodies with balanced meals, quality proteins, healthy fats, fiber-rich foods, and simple habits that can actually fit into real life.
Lucy believes all people deserve nutrition care that feels respectful, individualized, and encouraging. She practices with a holistic, nonjudgmental approach and enjoys helping each client find a path that supports both their health goals and their relationship with food.
Lucy graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Framingham State University.
Outside of work, Lucy is a busy mom of three and enjoys cooking, reading, playing piano, spending time with her family, and being involved in her local New Hampshire community.
