About Me
Mary’s interest in nutrition started in her childhood as she was fascinated by all things related to food and cooking. Mary’s training in Medical Nutrition Therapy can support clients with a variety of conditions such as obesity and kidney disease, as well as disease prevention/wellness. Mary is also passionate about food allergy nutrition as she has lived with food allergies herself for years.
Mary believes that all people deserve nutritional care and practices with a HAES informed approach. They feel individualized nutrition care is paramount in the success of every client's health and wellness journey.
Mary graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Applied Science in Dietetics and completed her coordinated program and dietetic internship at Youngstown State University. In her spare time, Mary enjoys the art of dance, reading, and tending to her houseplants.
