About

Formerly a successful diagnostic and life science technical sales professional, Mary Jane's graduate studies reawakened her passion for understanding medicine, nutrition, whole foods, cooking, health, and self-care. Scheduling yoga and CrossFit to preserve and build skeletal muscle.

Mary Jane's personal nutrition is geared to longevity and quality of life. Making numerous changes as challenges present. Some temporary, others long term.

Mary Jane graduated with a Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health from the Maryland University of Integrative Health (formally the Tai Sophia Institute), in 2025 their graduate-level programs are being merged into the Notre Dame of Maryland University. A Certified Nutrition Specialist by the Board for Certification of Nutrition Specialists (American Nutrition Association), and a Licensed Dietician Nutritionist by the Maryland Department of Health.

When not working or commuting, Mary Jane is a CrossFit enthusiast, devoted Iyengar yoga practitioner, fiction reader and knitter. Often in the kitchen cooking delicious, nourishing meals from ingredients purchased direct from farms with my husband, Mike and our dogs: a senior Bichon, named Reishi and Tex, a rat terrier mutt rescue from Hurricane Harvey. Can't forget our cat from a local rescue. Constantly striving to be present to enjoy life and balance work and play.
