About Me
Meghan's love for nutrition began at a young age. She not only enjoyed the connection that food brought to relationships and life, but she also knew that it was foundational to health and well-being. Meghan has had her own nutrition journey in life which is what fueled her passion. She always had stomach problems and digestive problems growing up and it wasn't until she was 19 that she discovered she had severe gluten intolerance and was also diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Nutrition has played an integral part in her own healing journey, and her goal is to help you navigate how nutrition can support you along yours. Meghan's training in both Medical Nutrition Therapy and Integrative and Functional Nutrition can support clients with a variety of conditions such as IBS, food allergies, autoimmune conditions, general wellness, hormone balance, women's health, weight management, gut health, and disease prevention/wellness.
Meghan believes that everyone deserves compassionate nutritional care practices that not only meet you where you are, but also incorporate a holistic approach that is simple, attainable, and doable for your life. She enjoys helping every client find their own individual journey to optimal health and well-being.
Meghan graduated with with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Saint Catherine University in Saint Paul, MN and completed her Master's Degree and internship in Nutrition Diagnostics from Cox College in Springfield, MO.
Meghan is married and has 2 young kids and 2 adorable, but energetic, dogs. She enjoys playing tennis, baking, cooking, hiking, being outdoors, and spending time with her family. She loves warm weather but also embraces the frigid MN temps and snow.
