About Me
Michal's passion for nutrition began at a young age, driven by a deep curiosity about how food influences our health, energy, and overall well-being. Growing up, Michal witnessed the impact that diet culture and restrictive eating had on herself and those around her. These personal experiences became the catalyst for her pursuit of a degree in health and nutrition. Discovering Intuitive Eating was a turning point, as it emphasized honoring and listening to one’s body rather than following the dictates of diet culture. Now, Michal is committed to empowering others to find a better way—to help them break free from restrictive mindsets and cultivate a healthier, more joyful relationship with food and their bodies.
Michal has a Bachelor's in Human Environmental Sciences, majoring in Food and Nutrition from the University of Alabama, and interned with Wellness Workdays Dietetic Internship program.
With a warm and personable approach, Michal provides personalized guidance that goes beyond meal plans and rigid rules. She helps her clients tune into their hunger and fullness signals, set realistic goals, and embrace a mindset of self-compassion. Her approach is centered on meeting people where they are, celebrating their unique journey, and supporting them in rediscovering the joy of eating without judgment.
Whether she’s working with individuals struggling with disordered eating, those seeking to heal from years of dieting, or anyone simply wanting to feel better in their bodies, Michal’s ultimate goal is to guide her clients towards a healthier, more balanced life. She is committed to creating a supportive environment where people can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make peace with food and themselves.
