About Me
Michelle completed her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Nutrition at UC Davis and pursued an extensive 1200-hour supervised practice dietetic internship alongside a Master’s degree in Pennsylvania. Originally from Indonesia, her diverse experiences in Taiwan and America have enriched her understanding of both Eastern and Western food cultures.
Michelle's passion for nutrition was sparked by her work as a food blogger, where she began questioning whether food could be more than just a source of enjoyment—could it also be a tool for healing? This inquiry led her to pursue a career as a dietitian. With experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, she specializes in managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular, kidney, and liver diseases. Michelle is dedicated to guiding clients in integrating nutrition into their lifestyles in a way that respects their personal needs and preferences, always aiming to empower rather than prescribe.
