About

Molly has been practicing as a dietitian since 2019. She has worked in various positions in the hospital as an inpatient dietitian doing everything from general healthy eating education to managing TPN in the ICU. She has also worked in the outpatient bariatric surgery clinic, weight loss center, and diabetes education center. In her time there, she was able to help patients not only with weight loss, diabetes, and disordered eating but also counsel in mindful eating practices and intuitive eating.

She enjoys educating patients and breaking down complicated nutrition topics into bite size pieces (pun-intended) so patients can set realistic goals to help them feel their best. Regardless of your starting point, Molly will meet you there and work alongside you on your path to food freedom.

Molly has a Bachelor of Science in Food Science, Nutrition, and Health Promotion from Mississippi State University and completed her clinical dietetic internship at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.

Outside of her work as a dietitian, Molly has also completed a culinary certificate and is a certified pilates and yoga teacher. During the evenings she teaches ballet and modern dance to children and adults.

Finally, and most importantly, she has a springer spaniel she is absolutely obsessed with. You can be assured that he will be laying at her feet when we talk.
