Natalia’s interest in nutrition began as a teen, when she witnessed how meaningful lifestyle changes could positively impact the health of her loved ones. That early experience inspired her passion for helping others feel better through food and build long-term habits that support their health. Her training in Medical Nutrition Therapy allows her to support clients with a variety of conditions, including type 1 and type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal disorders, chronic kidney disease, and more—while also promoting wellness and disease prevention.

Natalia also has a strong interest in weight management and mindful eating practices. She believes in helping clients develop a balanced relationship with food through realistic, supportive, and personalized care tailored to each individual’s needs and lifestyle.

Natalia earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Florida and completed her Master of Medical Science degree at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is a licensed dietitian nutritionist in New York and Florida and provides fully virtual services to clients across several states.

Outside of work, Natalia enjoys cycling, exploring New York City, and cooking up new recipes. She is fluent in both English and Spanish and enjoys working with clients from diverse backgrounds.
