About Me
After struggling with an eating disorder as an adolescent and being a highly competitive athlete for the bulk of her life, Natalie knew she wanted to take both her experiences and passions together and put them toward her future work.
Navigating the world of food is exhausting; we are surrounded by a culture that values health, regardless of how it may be achieved. Natalie's hope for anyone is to navigate their life with a little more confidence in their attitudes towards food, rather than a worry of “Am I doing this right?”. Each day the body sends countless physical and mental signals, each with a message on how to better take care of ourselves. Think of these signals as a little string of smoke, and where there’s smoke there’s fire. In paying attention to your own fire signals, you are more equipped and informed in determining how to respond. Natalie aims to work alongside you in achieving the goals that are most important to you instead of ones you feel pressured to hold with high value.
Natalie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition and a minor in psychology from Montana State University, followed by her dietetic internship also with Montana State University.
In her free time she enjoys cooking, home improvement projects, golfing, knitting and spending time with her Sphynx cat!
