About Me
Natalie became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist because she is passionate about teaching others the importance of proper nutrition in the prevention of chronic disease and is dedicated to help and educate those with chronic disease such as diabetes, heart disease and obesity manage, improve or reverse their disease with the medical nutrition therapy she provides. She takes pride in her services assisting her patients to live a longer, healthier more fulfilling life!
Natalie has years of experience working in healthcare providing outpatient nutrition counseling services for various chronic disease, specializing in weight management and preventive cardiology. She also has over 5 years of experience working with those of advanced age and healthy aging.
Natalie completed her clinically trained internship at Beaumont Health (now Corewell Health) . She received her didactic degree in nutrition at Madonna university and Bachelors degree in Food and Nutrition science from Wayne State University.
When she is not building her business or helping her patients,Natalie is a wife and mother to two toddlers with whom she loves to spend all her spare time with. She enjoys spending her time reading and partaking in the book club she started ( she started her own book club) and loves to work out.
Natalie is also passionate about cooking and loves to educate others on how eating healthy does not have to be hard or boring and it can taste great!
