About
Mission:
You don’t need more willpower. You need a kitchen system that works when you’re exhausted.
I’m a Latina Registered Dietitian and trained culinary nutrition expert who specializes in helping overworked women stuck in a takeout cycle regain control of their health.
Many of my clients manage PCOS, prediabetes, thyroid conditions, high cholesterol, pregnancy, or postpartum changes — and feel like you’re holding everything together… except your own routine . The result? Inconsistent eating, worsening symptoms, guilt, bloating, fatigue, and labs slowly creeping up.
My approach combines medical nutrition therapy, mindfulness and professional kitchen strategy.
Instead of restrictive meal plans, we build simple, repeatable, flavorful food systems that:
• Stabilize blood sugar and hormones
• Reduce reliance on takeout
• Improve energy and digestion
• Support long-term metabolic health
• Rebuild trust with food
I practice weight-inclusive care. Weight loss is not the focus — but improved labs, symptom relief, and metabolic stability often follow consistent structure.
Healthy eating should feel organized, flavorful, culturally connected, and realistic — even for women with demanding careers.
Systems create freedom. And your kitchen can support your life instead of draining it.
About me:
In college, I thought I would become a chef. I loved the precision. The plating. The feeling of creating something from nothing.
But I was scared too.
I didn’t want to live in a kitchen 14 hours a day.
I didn’t want my passion to turn into exhaustion.
I wanted balance. I wanted space to travel, to rest, to build a life outside of work.
So I pivoted.
I found a path where food and balance could coexist.
Nutrition felt aligned.
It allowed me to stay close to food… without losing myself in it.
I speak Spanish, English & Portuguese.
