About
Hi, I'm Nicole Hoffman, a Registered Dietitian with a lifelong passion for understanding how food impacts our health. My curiosity began early, and as a teenager I developed a love of cooking and nutrition. That passion led me to become a dietitian, and I’ve been fortunate to share my expertise with clients for more than 30 years.
I'm particularly drawn to supporting women during menopause, as I believe that nutrition, supplementation, exercise, and other interventions can make a significant difference in mitigating side effects.
I also enjoy working with clients who are trying to lose weight, whether they're using a GLP-1 or other approaches. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and collaborative, and I'm committed to helping my clients feel empowered and confident in their choices.
Lately, there’s been more conversations about longevity, brain health, and gut health. These are topics I love talking about with clients because small, practical changes in these areas can make a real difference in how you feel day to day. The potential for better health is fascinating and continues to evolve. That’s what keeps this work so interesting to me—there’s always more to learn, and there are always new ways to help clients feel better, stronger, and more supported in their health.
As a registered dietitian, I'm committed to delivering expert care in a culturally sensitive and compassionate manner.
