About Me

Olivia’s interest in nutrition has grown and evolved throughout her life; from gardening on her parents homestead to nourishing others by working in healthcare. Olivia’s training in Medical Nutrition Therapy can support clients with a variety of conditions such as diabetes, gestational diabetes, cardiovascular disease, chronic kidney disease, food allergies, gut health, disordered eating, disease prevention and overall wellness. Olivia has additional passion for intuitive eating and holistic health. Olivia believes that all people deserve nutritional care and practices with a HAES informed approach. They feel that everyone deserves care that will promote overall wellness and a sustainable lifestyle.

Olivia graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from

Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a minor is Psychology. Olivia enjoys hiking, kayaking, interior design, crafting, curling up with a good book with her cat Ophelia on rainy days, exploring new restaurants & coffee shops.
