About

Olivia is a registered dietitian specializing in fertility, pregnancy, PCOS/PMSO, and disordered eating. Her work focuses on supporting clients who benefit from ongoing, hands on guidance to navigate food anxiety, binge–restrict cycles, selective eating, and long-standing patterns around food, helping them build confidence, ease, and consistency with eating while dismantling unhelpful diet culture messages and supporting body acceptance during pregnancy or other life transitions.

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, Olivia is committed to providing inclusive, affirming care for individuals of all identities. She practices from a trauma-informed, patient-centered approach and believes nutrition care should be collaborative, individualized, and grounded in evidence rather than rigid rules.

Clients often share that they feel comfortable and at ease in sessions, which helps reduce anxiety around working with a dietitian and makes it easier to open up about food, body image, and health concerns.

Olivia’s care model emphasizes consistent support so clients can build momentum, feel supported between sessions, and achieve lasting improvements in their relationship with food, eating patterns, and overall well-being, all while challenging restrictive diet messages and learning to trust their bodies.

Olivia brings extensive clinical experience to her work. She earned her degree in Health & Nutrition Sciences from Brooklyn College and completed her dietetic internship at NewYork-Presbyterian.

Olivia believes meaningful change happens through consistent support, practical guidance, and creating a safe space to challenge diet culture while learning to trust and enjoy your body.
