About Me

Olivia’s passion for nutrition began with a deep interest in how nutrition can profoundly impact overall health and well-being, especially during life’s most transformative stages. Her focus on fertility, pregnancy, breast/chestfeeding, and infant nutrition stems from a desire to help individuals and families navigate these milestones with confidence and clarity. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, Olivia understands the unique challenges faced by diverse individuals and is committed to providing inclusive, personalized care. She believes that good nutrition is not one-size-fits-all; it’s about meeting each client where they are and offering evidence-based guidance that supports their unique needs and goals.

As a compassionate and non-judgmental registered dietitian, Olivia is dedicated to creating a welcoming space where all clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make informed decisions about their health. Whether supporting someone through fertility challenges, guiding expectant parents on nourishing their bodies for a healthy pregnancy, or helping new parents navigate infant feeding, Olivia’s mission is to provide both practical and emotional support every step of the way. She takes a holistic approach to nutrition, focusing not just on food, but also on mindset and self-care, to help clients thrive during these transformative life stages.

Olivia earned her degree in Health & Nutrition Sciences from Brooklyn College, where she built a strong foundation in nutrition science. She then completed a dietetic internship at NewYork-Presbyterian, followed by a pediatric and NICU fellowship at Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital in New York City. With this specialized training, Olivia now works part-time at a pediatric hospital, providing nutrition care for infants in the NICU and supporting their continued growth during follow-up clinic appointments. Her hands-on experience in both critical and long-term care settings has deepened her expertise in maternal and infant nutrition. Olivia is committed to ongoing professional growth through continued education, ensuring she provides the most current, evidence-based care to her clients.
