While she had long possessed theoretical knowledge about nutrition, the practical significance of this knowledge became abundantly clear during her challenging period of illness from 2010 to 2012. It was during this ordeal that she realized that her journey to recovery was intricately tied to adopting transformative changes in her dietary and lifestyle choices. This experience sparked her curiosity to delve deeper into the connection between nutrition and health, motivating her to explore ways to impart this understanding to others.
