Hi there! I’m Paige Botten, a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Allied Health, specializing in Nutrition. I have a passion for helping others build sustainable nutrition habits, as I believe that nutrition is a key element in our lives, influencing not just health but also joy and well-being. I have experience supporting individuals with nutritional concerns across the lifespan, and I particularly enjoy working with gastrointestinal disorders, weight management, pediatric and infant feeding, women’s health, and general wellness. I take a whole-foods approach while considering each client’s medical conditions, lifestyle, and health goals. I take a collaborative approach to care, believing that clients achieve the best outcomes when they actively participate in their journey. Together, we will set realistic goals while navigating any barriers that may arise. We will celebrate each success, no matter how small and work through the tougher spots together. My goal is to be your accountability partner, help build a healthy diet that is sustainable and create confidence to build lifelong healthy habits. Outside of work, I enjoy practicing pilates, hiking, baking sourdough bread, junk journaling, traveling, visiting new coffee shops, and diving into a good book. I look forward to working with you and supporting you on your path to better health!
