Over the past six years, she has dedicated her career to supporting individuals navigating eating disorders, helping them move away from rigid diet rules and toward a more compassionate and sustainable relationship with food.

She works with clients of all ages and backgrounds, creating a safe, inclusive space to explore nutrition without shame or judgment. Her approach focuses on flexibility, food variety, and body respect, empowering clients to reconnect with their own cues and values while building a foundation for long-term healing.

She completed her bachelors degree in Dietetics from Brigham Young University and her masters degree from the University of Minnesota and has spent her career working in outpatient and group settings. Her mission as a dietitian is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that supports both mental and physical health, honoring each person’s unique journey.
