About Me
Rachel is a registered dietitian specializing in integrative and holistic nutrition with a strong clinical foundation in digestive health. With over 10 years of experience, Rachel helps individuals struggling with chronic gut issues such as IBS, IBD, bloating, acid reflux, liver disease, constipation, diarrhea, SIBO, dysbiosis, food sensitivities and more. She helps patient's find clarity, relief, and long-term healing through personalized nutrition care.
Rachel’s approach is rooted in the belief that food is both nourishment and medicine. She takes the time to deeply understand each client’s story, symptoms, and goals, creating customized strategies that blend the latest scientific evidence with whole-body wellness principles drawn from functional nutrition, traditional practices, and lifestyle medicine.
Having walked her own health journey with Crohn's disease and IBS, Rachel brings compassion, curiosity, and a “gut-first” mindset to her work. Her mission is to help others rebuild trust with their bodies, improve their relationship with food, and feel empowered in their everyday lives, starting from the inside out.
Rachel has degrees in exercise science and nutrition and completed her clinical nutrition training and Stanford Hospital. She's contributes to nutrition research and has published studies on IBS, IBD, and food sensitivities.
