About
Hi, I'm Rebecca, a Registered Dietitian who specializes in practical, sustainable nutrition for gut health, women's health, metabolic health, and weight management.
I work with clients navigating IBS and digestive symptoms, PCOS and hormonal concerns, thyroid and autoimmune conditions, prediabetes and diabetes, bariatric nutrition, and nutrition while taking GLP-1 medications such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound.
My approach is personalized, evidence-based, and realistic. I don't believe you need another restrictive diet or a complicated list of foods to avoid. Instead, we'll look at your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, preferences, and goals to create nutrition strategies that work in your actual life.
I especially enjoy helping clients who feel overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice, struggle with digestive symptoms or weight management, or want support navigating nutrition alongside a medical condition or medication.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Brigham Young University and completed my dietetic training at LAC + USC. I also completed Lactation Educator Counselor training through UC San Diego.
If you're looking for a dietitian who will listen, explain the "why," and help you create realistic changes without an all-or-nothing approach, I'd love to work with you.
