About

Sarah is a functional nutritionist and MD candidate specializing in root-cause, precision-driven care for high-achieving, health-conscious women experiencing persistent symptoms despite doing everything "right".

Sarah's passion for functional nutrition is rooted in a deep fascination with the complexity of human biochemistry and a conviction that persistent symptoms always have an answer — they simply require the right tools to find it. That conviction was shaped in part by her own experience navigating stubborn symptoms that standard lab work failed to explain, and discovering through functional testing that the answers were there all along, just never looked for. She is particularly drawn to the intersection of gut health, hormonal balance, and micronutrient status, and the way these systems quietly shape everything from energy and body composition to mood and resilience.

Sarah holds a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from Columbia University and carries both CNS (Certified Nutrition Specialist) and LDN (Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist) designations, bringing a level of clinical rigor to nutrition practice that goes well beyond conventional dietary advice. As an MD candidate, she bridges the gap between functional and conventional medicine — fluent in the language of both, and committed to the depth that one alone rarely offers. Her methodology centers on strategic dietary and lifestyle shifts as the metabolic foundation, followed by advanced functional lab testing to ensure nothing is missed, including GI Map gut testing, intracellular micronutrient panels to uncover deficiencies, and comprehensive bloodwork beyond traditional markers. Sarah builds targeted supplement protocols tailored precisely around each client's unique biochemistry — there is no guessing involved.

She works primarily with women who are disciplined, motivated, and frustrated — women who have been told their labs are fine while their bodies tell a different story. Her goal is to help you build a body that finally works with you — one with the energy, clarity, and physical resilience to match the active life her clients are already showing up for.

When she's not working in the hospital, Sarah enjoys skiing in Colorado, hiking, and playing tennis. She's an avid cook, a passionate traveler, and a devoted cat lover — and she brings that same joy for living fully to the work she does with every client.
