She takes a step-by-step approach to nutrition, helping you build habits that actually fit your routine and goals. In her sessions, we’ll look at more than just what you eat. Movement, sleep, stress, and daily patterns all matter, and she enjoys helping people connect the dots in a way that feels manageable. Movement has become something she genuinely enjoys in her own life, and likes helping clients find forms of exercise that feel supportive rather than forced. Her goal is to help you feel more confident around food and your health, without guilt, restriction, or extremes.
