About Me

Born and raised in Northern New Jersey, Sean spent six years in Philadelphia pursuing his degrees. Sean holds a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Nutrition from Temple University and furthered his education with an Academy-credentialed Master’s program at Thomas Jefferson University, earning an M.S. in Nutrition and Dietetic Practice. Throughout his graduate journey, Sean interned at the University of Miami with the Department of Olympic Sports Nutrition, collaborated with the Special Olympics, and gained extensive clinical experience in both in- and out-patient settings. His multifaceted background also includes roles as a personal trainer and group fitness coach.

Sean’s passion for nutrition and wellness ignited at an early age, influenced by his mother’s passion for a healthy lifestyle. As an active youngster engaged in various sports, Sean’s mom emphasized the significance of nourishing both him and his brother to excel on the field and in academics. These early practices left a lasting impact, fueling Sean’s passion to delve deeper into the ways nutrition can positively affect your physical performance, mental health, and emotional well-being.

Beyond his role in providing nutrition counseling and advancing his expertise as a dietitian, Sean is an avid fitness enthusiast. He enjoys engaging in strength training, and CrossFit, completing his first marathon in Philadelphia this year, and relishing outdoor activities like hiking and skiing.

Today, Sean channels his passion into assisting individuals in achieving realistic goals through sustainable healthy eating practices. Recognizing the uniqueness of each person, Sean aims to provide tailored nutrition counseling that aligns with clients’ goals, traditions, and values. His ultimate goal is to enhance his clients’ performance, be it in the gym, on the field, or in professional settings.
