This curiosity grew into a passion for helping others navigate their own health stories through practical, compassionate, and evidence-based nutrition care.

Her training in Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) allows her to support clients managing a variety of conditions, including metabolic syndrome, digestive health issues, hormone imbalances, and nervous system concerns. Beyond clinical nutrition, she has a particular passion for integrative and lifestyle nutrition, addressing not just what’s on your plate, but how stress, sleep, movement, and mindset play a role in your health.

Sharon believes that all people deserve access to respectful, personalized nutrition care. She practices with a client-centered, non-diet, and holistic approach, helping each person find a way of eating and living that feels authentic, sustainable, and empowering. She enjoys guiding clients in developing a positive relationship with food and their bodies, free from rigid rules and unrealistic expectations.

She earned her Master of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport and is a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN).
