About Me
I am a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and functional medicine nutritionist whose passion for food and wellness have been constants for me personally and professionally. I work with a variety of conditions including gastrointestinal disorders, cardiometabolic disorders, women’s health, autoimmune disease management, and disordered eating patterns. I understand first-hand the power of integrative healthcare, having suffered from debilitating endometriosis pain, gut issues, and food fears for years before finding the right practitioners who believed me and helped me understand my body and what it was (painfully) communicating to me.
My job is to work as a detective, guide, and listener to help restore balance with diet and lifestyle interventions that support the foundations of health: a nutrient-dense whole foods diet, optimal digestion, blood sugar regulation, fatty acid balance, hydration, physical movement, sleep, and mental well-being.
I hold a Master of Science in Human Nutrition & Functional Medicine from the University of Western States and completed my CNS internship with Clinician’s Incubator. I am a professional member of the American Nutrition Association and hold nutrition licenses in multiple states.
When I’m not with clients, you’ll find me on my bike, exploring farmer’s markets, walking my neighborhood listening to books, podcasts, or music, and saying hi to every dog I meet. I look forward to working with you on your health journey!
