About Me
Sheren’s interest in nutrition began through a personal passion for health and helping others feel their best, especially after witnessing the powerful role food plays in managing chronic conditions. Her training in Medical Nutrition Therapy allows her to support clients with a variety of concerns, including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, kidney health, weight management, and overall wellness.
Sheren has a particular passion for helping individuals navigate complex health conditions with clarity and confidence. She is especially drawn to diabetes and heart health, where nutrition can make a profound difference in both daily quality of life and long-term outcomes. She finds joy in empowering clients with practical tools that feel sustainable and meaningful to them.
Sheren believes that everyone deserves compassionate, personalized nutritional care. She practices with a client-centered and collaborative approach, meeting each person where they are. She enjoys helping clients find their own path to balanced eating and improved well-being—without guilt or unnecessary restriction.
Sheren earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from East Carolina University and completed her Master’s Degree at Bowling Green State University. She continues to pursue ongoing education in her areas of focus to better serve her clients.
Outside of her work as a dietitian, Sheren enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters, walking in nature, staying active, and baking sourdough bread from scratch.
