About Me

Hi, I’m Sheryl, and I’m passionate about a whole-body approach to health, where understanding how our body functions is key to promoting optimal wellness—both physically and mentally.

With a background that spans from line cook to registered dietitian, I’ve spent much of my life immersed in the world of food. My love for cooking and eating has always been a joy, but it also presented challenges in maintaining a healthy weight. After years in the kitchen and in clinical practice, I discovered the power of functional nutrition. This approach transformed my energy levels and deepened my understanding of how to manage health—both my own and that of my clients.

With over 15 years in the health industry, I’ve served as a dietitian, well-being expert, and coach, bringing a wealth of experience to my practice. My education includes a master’s degree in nutrition and dietetics, advanced clinical training in managing food sensitivities, and certification in the low FODMAP diet. I continue to expand my knowledge through ongoing training in mindfulness and integrative nutrition.
