Hi, I’m Sollange Clement, a Registered Dietitian with a passion for using nutrition as a proactive tool for preventing disease. My journey into this field was fueled by my desire to educate others and help them reclaim their health. I truly believe that with the right support and knowledge, anyone can achieve their health goals.
I specialize in working with women aged 30 and over who want to prioritize their overall health but often feel overwhelmed and unsure of where to begin. Many of my clients struggle with weight loss, emotional eating, and maintaining heart health. Together, we’ll navigate these challenges and create a personalized plan that fits your life and aspirations.
My approach is both supportive and accountable. I meet you where you are, but I also encourage commitment to the process as we work toward your health goals. In our first session, we’ll dive deep into your medical history, dietary habits, and lifestyle factors like work and family commitments. I want to understand your unique challenges and goals so that I can provide tailored support along the way.
As we embark on this journey together, my aim is to equip you with the tools you need for enduring lifestyle changes. By the end of our time together, you’ll not only have a better understanding of nutrition but also a renewed confidence in your ability to prioritize your health.
I am a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (RD, LDN), and I look forward to collaborating with you on your path to better health. When I’m not working, you can find me enjoying nature through hiking, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, or planning events that bring people together.
