About Me

Stacie’s interest in nutrition started as a young person when she pondered to herself, “What is a vitamin?” which inspired her to pursue two college degrees in Nutrition Science. Her training in Medical Nutrition Therapy can support clients with a variety of conditions including but not limited to diabetes, insulin-resistance, osteopenia, constipation, pregnancy, and feeding babies as well as general wellness. Stacie also has interest in neurodivergence such as autism.

Stacie believes that everyone deserves quality nutritional care and practices with a counseling-based approach. She enjoys helping every client find their individual path to improve their health through food and hydration.

Stacie holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics with a minor in Psychology from the University of Central Missouri and a Master’s Degree in Nutrition Diagnostics from Cox College.

Outside of her professional life, Stacie is an advocate of neurodiversity and is the mom of a teenager. Stacie enjoys gardening and sharing a meal with friends.
