About Me
Stephanie has been helping people with health and wellness for over 15 years! Her journey of leading clients to sustainable behavior changes started in the fitness industry where she provided personal fitness training, yoga and meditation lessons, instruction on indoor cycling, and more. Today, Stephanie uses her education and training to provide instruction on nutrition, physical and mental fitness, mindfulness, and lifestyle habits to support both mind and body wellness.
Stephanie commonly works with patients seeking improvements related to weight management, diabetes, heart disease, liver disease, digestive disorders, gut health, and those working through mental health concerns such as depression and anxiety. Stephanie’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Sciences from California State University San Bernardino, a Master of Science in Dietetics Administration from Utah State University, and she is a Substance Use Disorder Registered Counselor. Currently, Stephanie is working on completing a Doctor of Clinical Nutrition degree through the University of Kansas and a board specialist certification in obesity and weight management, both planned for completion in 2026.
Stephanie leans into using her diverse skills and education to help people feel well physically, mentally, and emotionally. Stephanie dives deep into the science of evidence-based practices for physical and mental well-being to help her clients adopt habits that feel achievable and sustainable. Stephanie speaks English and Spanish and welcomes all people into her practice with open arms.
In her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, running, lifting weights, practicing yoga, listening to live music, baking, and reading. Stephanie takes every opportunity to bask in the sunshine and loves going on adventures.
