About Me

Sydney Navarro is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer, based in San Diego, California. She offers a holistic approach focused on balanced nutrition that allows you to enjoy the foods that you love while cultivating confidence in your health.

While working with Sydney, she will show you how to achieve your health goals without compromising on aspects of your life. She believes that food is meant to be enjoyed and she wants to restore that joy for her clients. While catering to clients preferences and lifestyle, Sydney will work with you to set realistic goals and achieve them through attainable habits that can be sustained over time.

Sydney has worked with clients in areas such as weight loss, sport nutrition, diabetes management, and intuitive/mindful eating. She has worked with clients to resolve disordered eating patterns and modify restrictive belief systems to create a healthier relationship with food. With her background in fitness, she works with clients to achieve training/performance-specific goals by utilizing macro coaching. Practical tools that she has successfully provided her clients include grocery lists, weekly meal planning, recipe procurement, nutrition label education, and nutrition/fitness planning for travel.

One of Sydney's passions is teaching her indoor cycle classes, where she motivates people to move their bodies, dance away stress, and have fun while prioritizing their health—excitement that she wants to bring to her clients in their own wellness journeys!

Sydney graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Foods and Nutrition from San Diego State University and completed her Dietetic Internship at California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.
