About
Tammie is a passionate Registered Dietitian with more than 31 years of experience, who brings warmth, energy, and genuine care to every client she works with. Her interest in health began in middle school, when she first noticed how movement and nutrition shaped her energy and mood. But it was her grandfather’s stroke that solidified her commitment to the field, revealing the powerful role nutrition plays in prevention, recovery, and long‑term well‑being. Living with Hashimoto’s disease herself, she understands how stress, environment, and daily habits influence how we feel and function.
Tammie’s training and experience allow her to support clients with a wide range of conditions, including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, thyroid disorders, and general wellness. She is especially passionate about helping adults manage the demands of busy lives, emotional eating patterns, and the ways stress affects health. Her interests also include healthy aging, women’s health, and the connection between nutrition, hormones, and emotional well‑being. She finds it meaningful to help clients understand how food, stress, and daily rhythms shape their overall experience.
She is honored to support clients as they create meaningful change and step into a healthier, more confident version of themselves.
