About

Taylor’s interest in nutrition began through her own experiences with digestive issues and feeling disconnected from her own body, which led her to realize how powerful the right tools, education, and support can be. Her training in Medical Nutrition Therapy allows her to support clients with a wide range of conditions, including digestive disorders, metabolic health concerns, mental health–related nutrition challenges, and overall disease prevention and wellness. Taylor has a particular passion for gut health and mental health nutrition, as she loves helping clients understand the “why” behind their symptoms and build habits that truly stick.

Taylor believes that all people deserve access to compassionate, individualized nutrition care and practices with a collaborative, non-judgmental approach to make you feel comfortable and supported. She enjoys helping each client find their own path toward feeling confident around food, improving their health, and supporting their long-term well-being without restriction, overwhelm, or fad diets.

Taylor earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition and Integrative Health where she developed a strong foundation in evidence-based care and whole-person health. Taylor practices holistically, she not only counsels on nutrition, but discusses the importance of good sleep, stress management tools, finding enjoyable movement, and having purpose in your life.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys playing with her dog, staying active, spending time with friends and family, reading books/ listening to podcasts, and finding new creative things to do!
