About

Therese's interest in nutrition began when she was a health and recipe editor for Prevention Magazine in New York City. She decided to pursue the path to becoming a Registered Dietitian. As a full-time student, Therese experienced first-hand what it was like to experience colitis and chronic IBS and also started her yoga journey at this time. She is happy to report she is still a yogi and now IBS-free!

Therese believes that nutrition should be about what you can eat and not what you can't. She aims to add nutritional variety to the best of her ability within a client's personal dietary preferences and tolerances. Her specialties include weight management, gastrointestinal disorders, heart health (lipid management and hypertension) and family nutrition/mealplanning.

Therese earned a BA in Communications from Boston College and Master's in Clinical Nutrition at New York University, where she completed her Dietetic Internship. She has worked at Hackensack Meridian Health Jersey Shore University Medical Center, NJ

Hospital for Special Surgery, NY and Stamford Hospital, CT.

She lives in central New Jersey with her family of boys--Including her puppy Ripley!
